Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or the wrong item is received, we will assess the issue and offer a resolution. To be eligible for support:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shinelikejewel@gmail.com.

• You are required to provide an uncut, continuous video showing the parcel from the moment of receipt, including the full unboxing process until the item is completely revealed.

This video is essential for verifying any claims. Claims submitted without an uncut video will not be accepted.

Once your order is placed, it is immediately processed. We are unable to cancel or change orders after confirmation, so please review all details carefully before checking out.
