Usually it takes us 24 – 48 hours to dispatch an order and after that it takes 7 days (maximum) to reach you. However, sometimes the order might be delayed due to some reasons.
Yes, we deliver internationally too but you have to place your order via Dm (Instagram).
Yes. COD is Available but you have to pay shipping charges online to confirm your order or you can place your orders via Our Amazon Store. Links are available on our Website or Instagram Bio.
Order once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Return is applicable only if the product is missing. Please write to support@shinelikejewel.com or DM us on Instagram for returns with your Order ID and supported images & unboxing video. Once a product is accepted for return, refund is initiated in the form of store credits Within 7–12 days. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. We require a full unboxing video with no cuts and editing of the package opening. The video should include the opening of the mailing envelope to the defect being showcased clearly.
We do not have an offline store for now. But our products are widely available across various online stores.
No, we do not customize.
No fancy storage required; you can store in an airtight containers/bags. Keep away from water and perfumes.
